Study of some genetic and molecular markers for some rheumatoid arthritis patients in Iraq.

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disorder, and genetic factors strongly contribute to a predisposition developing the disease. This study evaluated molecular indicators of some Iraqi patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The included (100) healthy individuals who attended Al-Hussain General Teaching Hospital, Department Arthritis Joints Centre, al Blood Bank in Baghdad for period from beginning January 2022 until end March 2022. were diagnosed under supervision medical committees specialized joint diseases. human leukocyte antigen one essential regulating immune response, as these antigens susceptibility Human (HLA) class II (Class-II- HLA-DR, -DQ) was genotyped using lymphocytotoxicity assay PCR-SSP method. results showed that there significant increase recurrence (DR4 R53) compared ones, well (HLA-DQ3) difference ones. Regarding HLA-DRB1 -DQB1 alleles, it found frequency HLA-DRB1*04 (01-22, not 0415) controls, while percentage HLA-DRB1*0701 alleles less frequent controls. The majority of the world’s most hazardous pathologies are linked to oxidative damaging effect free moieties. One diseases associated with these radicals is diabetes. Their effects analyzed. pharmacokinetic profile was checked silico using pre-ADMET, known as a online program. influence tested against two types blood glucose-controlling enzymes. In addition, new compounds’ potency index measured. potential analyzed testing coumarins’ ability scavenge DDPT hydroxyl harmful radicals. Is adding an Oral Antibiotic with the Topical Antibiotic-Steroid Useful in Treatment of Uncomplicated Acute Otitis Externa in Immunocompetent Patients?

Acute otitis externa (AOE) is a common disease encountered in otolaryngology practice, it mainly bacterial origin. AOE can cause severe otalgia and interrupt the daily activities; however, bed rest required about 20% of patients.To evaluate usefulness adding an oral antibiotic with topical steroid treatment uncomplicated which limited to ear canal immunocompetent patients.A prospective comparative clinical study was conducted department at Al-Jerrahat Teaching Hospital Private Clinic, Baghdad, Iraq, during period from April 2020 October 2021. A total 68 patients (39 females 29 males), diagnosed as cases canal, were included this study. The categorized into two groups. Patients group treated tobramycin 0.3%-dexamethasone 0.1% drops, while B received same plus Ciprofloxacin tablets 500 mg twice daily. followed up on day-to-day basis until complete resolution pain edema. severity assessed by visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, edema graded dividing imaginary horizontal vertical lines four quarters. post-treatment VAS scores grades both groups compared. Statistical analysis using t-test done calculate P-value order find if there significant difference regarding between B.During whole follow-up no (P-value more than 0.05).There benefit patients.
