Abstract This study examines the efficiency of housing real estate investments in Poland as an inflation hedge, with a particular focus on influence exchange rate and measured by HICP index property prices. Aim: to determine whether investment can be hedge both low high environments. Methodology: The analysis applies threshold cointegration techniques identify regimes assess long-term short-term relationships between variables. Findings: results suggest that variables used effectively analyzed using analysis. findings indicate serve strong capital particularly during periods inflation. Abstract Property market delineation or determination of areas signifying property consistency has been a subject scientific investigation by variety researchers from different perspectives. Some explored it for the purposes decision-making support systems, others for, example, zoning housing policy. The theory valuation also did not remain indifferent spatial extraction homogenous areas. following paper constitutes several-year study within that area. Abstract This study investigates the impact of telecommunication infrastructure on residential property prices in Poland. contributes to discussion economic externalities related new public within urban landscape. As the global aging trend increases, older adults are placing greater emphasis on their health. Evidence indicates that there is a complex association between house prices and adults’ health, with subjective well-being potentially acting as mediator in this connection. A mediation model, utilizing data from China’s 2018 Labor Dynamics Survey, was employed to examine impact pathway of prices, well-being, self-rated while investigating differences young-old old-old groups. The major findings follows: (1) House negatively affected health among adults.
