Analysis of food additives is highly significant in the industry and directly related to human health. This investigation into removal efficiency sunset yellow as an azo dye fruit juices using Chitosan-nickel ferrite nanoparticles (Cs@NiFe2O4 NPs). The were synthesized characterized various techniques. effective parameters for removing optimized response surface methodology (RSM) based on central composite design (CCD). Under optimum conditions, highest (94.90%) was obtained initial concentration 26.48 mg L-1 at a pH 3.87, reaction time 67.62 min, nanoparticle dose 0.038 g L-1. pseudo-second-order kinetic model had better fit experimental data (R2 = 0.98) than other models. equilibrium adsorption process followed Freundlich isotherm with maximum capacity 212.766 g-1. achieved industrial traditional juice samples (91.75% 93.24%), respectively, confirmed method's performance, feasibility, efficiency. showed no decrease after five recycling, indicating that sorbent has suitable stability practical applications. variousThe can be suggested efficient remove from products.

Tin disulfide has been the focus of several investigations on its applicability in various fields due to exceptional qualities.
