Background: Low back pain is common. For patients with mechanic or non-specific chronic LBP (cLBP), the current guidelines suggest conservative, nonpharmacologic treatment as a first-line treatment. Among available strategies, physiotherapy represents common option offered to presenting cLBP. The present systematic review investigates prognostic factors of cLBP undergoing physiotherapy. Methods: In September 2024, following databases were accessed: PubMed, Web Science, Google Scholar, and Embase. Temporomandibular disorders (TMDs) and chronic low back pain (CLBP) frequently coexist, with CLBP reported in 29% of TMDs cases. This co-occurrence emphasizes the importance multisite management approaches. To compare effects Rocabado's exercises alone or combined structured on TMD-related pain, mandibular range motion (ROM), severity. Forty participants myogenic TMD nonspecific were randomly assigned to a control group (CG, Rocabado only) complex exercise (CEG, + exercises). Both underwent 24 supervised sessions over six weeks. Chronic primary low back pain (CPLBP) is a prevalent and disabling condition that often requires rehabilitation interventions to improve function alleviate pain. This paper aims advance future research, including systematic reviews randomized controlled trials (RCTs), on CPLBP management. We provide methodological reporting recommendations derived from our conducted reviews, offering practical guidance for conducting robust research the effectiveness of CPLBP. Our contributed development WHO clinical guideline Based experience, we have identified issues recommendations, which are compiled in comprehensive table discussed systematically within established frameworks critically appraising RCTs. In conclusion, embracing complexity involves recognizing its multifactorial nature diverse contexts planning varying treatment responses. By this emphasizing rigor, field can be improved, potentially leading better care outcomes individuals with
