Social sustainability that starts from the workplace is a relevant factor for achievement of Sustainable Development Goals. Based on this need, study analyzes role virtuous leadership as facilitator health and inclusive work environments integrate followers’ psychological well-being their attitudes towards people with disabilities. An exploratory design was used latent variables to assess proposed virtue-based ethical adjustment model social sustainability, which presented efficient absolute, comparative, parsimonious adjustments its operationalization. In conclusion, plays in development well-being, disabilities workplace, contributing criteria environment.
