Context Over the past decade, United States military has taken an interest in addressing soldiers’ spiritual fitness and readiness to help improve their mental health resiliency. Similar efforts have not been applied within Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) population despite challenges these college students experience. Objective To examine readiness, fitness, depressive symptoms ROTC cadets. Design Cross-sectional study. Setting Web-based survey. Patients or Other Participants We recruited cadets from 1 large southeastern university (n = 91 of 315, 28.9% response rate). Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate the anxiety of patients with long-term hemodialysis and its corresponding nursing measures. Methods: employed a prospective observational design. The present performed an questionnaire investigation among 150 who underwent in our hospital between March 2020 January 2022. Convenience sampling used select participants. Data were collected using structured consisting Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), General Comfort Questionnaire (GCQ), Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), Emotional Behavioral Dimensions section Body Quality Management Scale. data analyzed SPSS 26.0 statistical software. Descriptive statistics, t-tests, chi-square tests for analysis. Statistical significance indicated by P<0.05. Results: results this revealed that out undergoing hemodialysis, 58 (38.66%) exhibited anxiety. group, receiving individualized care, showed significantly higher GCQ scores (82.64±5.65) compared control group (routine care) 71.89±5.25 (P<0.05). Abstract Background Spiritual care interventions can be an important source of emotional support for patients in the intensive unit (ICU). However, there is wide variation literature and no quantitative assessment to synthesize results these studies. Aim To examine effectiveness spiritual on disease‐related physiological parameter treatment outcomes psychosocial well‐being among ICU. Study Design A comprehensive search was conducted across 11 databases from inception 27 May 2024. Studies involving implementation ICU were included. Cochrane's bias risk tool JBI Critical Appraisal Checklist used methodological quality included Review Manager 5.3 conduct meta‐analyses. Results total 18 studies Meta‐analysis showed that could significantly reduce mean arterial pressure (MAP) (MD: −12.12, 95% CI: [−23.68, −0.56], p = .04), length stay −5.49, [−8.99, −2.00], .002), improved consciousness 3.91, [1.42, 6.39], anxiety (SMD: −1.78, [−3.06, −0.50], .006), 1.57, [0.05, 3.08], .04) comfort 15.53, [10.81, 20.25], < .01) ICU, but had significant effects heart rate (HR), respiratory (RR), pulse (PR), blood (BP), oxygen saturation (SpO 2 ), duration ventilator use pain. Background: Transplant surgery significantly influences patients' spirituality and life satisfaction, reflecting the diverse beliefs cultures of those awaiting procedure.Aim: This study aimed to explore relationship between satisfaction in patients corneal transplantation.Methods: relational descriptive involved 101 on waiting list for transplantation.Data were collected using a Patient Information Form, Life Satisfaction Scale, Spirituality Scale.Percentage distribution, arithmetic mean, Pearson correlation analysis employed data analysis. Results:The majority participants married (95%), with 56.4% being male 26.7% retired.About 46.5% had completed primary education.The mean Scale score among was 21.83 ± 8.96, Score 20.49 4.15 before transplantation.A positive, albeit weak, found levels, which statistically significant (p < 0.01, r=0.37).Additionally, weakly positive noted age 0.05, r=0.19). Conclusion:The that exhibited high levels spirituality, increasing alongside spirituality.It therefore concluded care should be provided psychosocial emotional approach, aiming meet their spiritual needs enhance prior transplantation.

Objectives This study aimed to investigate the relationship between nurses’ spiritual well-being and their competence in providing care, identify influencing factors among Turkish nurses. Methods A descriptive correlative design was employed, involving 520 nurses from two hospitals eastern Turkey. Data were collected online using Google Forms, which included a demographic questionnaire, three-factor Spiritual Well-being Scale Care Competence Scale. The conducted August 2019 June 2020. Results significant positive correlation found nursing (r=0.320, p=0.019). Factors, such as work duration, marital status, patient load, experience, education information, influenced these attributes. Ageing has also been reduce competence. Conclusions Nurses’ care moderately positively significantly correlated. Education, experience engagement religious activities enhanced Future research should explore additional incorporate spirituality into improve quality of holistic care.
