Introduction: Moral injury involves the adverse psychological, biological, spiritual, behavioural, and social consequences of actions that violate moral values. It can lead to anxiety, depression, burnout, post-traumatic stress disorder. Nurses, who often face ethical dilemmas, are particularly vulnerable. Despite its significance, relationship between mental health outcomes in nurses remains underexplored. Aim: This systematic review aimed describe associations among injury, quality life nurses. Methods: The was registered PROSPERO (CRD42023438731) conducted following PRISMA guidelines. A literature search performed December 2023 across PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, Web Science. Peer-reviewed primary research involving nurses, published English or Italian, without time restrictions, considered eligible. risk bias evidence were assessed using Joanna Briggs Institute checklist GRADE approach. Results: Out 4730 articles identified, eight met inclusion criteria. analysis revealed significant positive along with a negative association life. We sought to examine the contributory factors as well consequences of moral injury amongst healthcare workers within mental settings.Several databases were searched for relevant studies from database inception until May 2023. Keywords and concepts included distress in psychiatry. identified 961 studies, which 48 assessed eligibility. Eventually, 35 review. Papers selected inclusion if 1) they professionals (MHP) regardless practice setting, 2) experienced by MHP was one their main variables interest, 3) written English. This manuscript examines using serenity rooms and similar tools to improve the workplace during COVID-19 for nurses other practitioners. A rapid review of literature was conducted completed from four different databases, including PubMed, CINAHL, Science Direct, Academic Search Complete. The with use a single-string Boolean search maximize number articles returned. resulting 14 germane yielded six facilitator themes barrier themes. Facilitator included: benefits, assistive adjuncts, places relaxation, leadership required, availability, effects. Background: Moral courage is defined as the to act in ethical conflicts based on individual or professional values despite personal risks involved. Nurses justify their decisions morally courageously part of decision-making. Objective: To describe registered nurses’ justifications for acting courageously, not, where they needed moral courage. Research design: A narrative inquiry with a holistic content approach was used. Individual, in-depth interviews were conducted January–February 2023. The data analysed using analysis.
