Abstract
Digital
transformation
and
the
possibility
to
collect
large
amount
of
data,
so-called
big
from
different
sources
can
lead
redefinition
business
processes,
models
infrastructures.
In
this
respect,
data-driven
decision
making
(DDDM)
emphasizes
need
rethink
management
practices
view
data
as
a
driving
force
that
improve
effectiveness
decisions
nurture
innovation.

have
been
reframed
foundations
for
development
new
mind-set
considers
key

redesigns
entrepreneurship
encompasses
orientation,
culture
human
resources

entrepreneurs

at
reconceptualizing

Purpose
The
purpose
of
the
paper
is
to
identify
necessary
transformations
required
evolve
entrepreneurial
ecosystems
(EEs)
into
sustainable
(SEEs)
and
explore
primary
challenges
involved.
By
addressing
these
aspects
study
establishes
a
foundation
for
future
research
directions.
Design/methodology/approach
adopts
conceptual
analysis
based
on
semi-systematic
literature
review
concepts
EEs
SEEs.
Findings
An
SEE
intentionally
addresses
all
three
dimensions
sustainability—social,
ecological
economic.
This
requires,
one
hand,
genuine
will
effort
from
individual
actors
increase
their
sustainability,
and,
other,
an
establishment
systemic
conditions
that
make
this
transformation
easier
allow
fair
distribution
its
costs.
Originality/value
bridges
concerning
limited
studies
SEEs
by
presenting
model
delineates
development

changes

sustainability

EE.
Furthermore,
