Online journaling is a methodological tool that has also been shown to have therapeutic benefits for some populations. However, the potential value – and limitations of online within immigrant communities remain underexplored. Abstract At the age of university students, it is important to accomplish developmental tasks adolescents. Furthermore, in addition acquiring specialized knowledge and accomplishing tasks, athletic colleges also require young athletes be active. Therefore, we decided investigate use a smartphone application, me-fullness® as an unprecedented method support for female college students currently enrolled colleges. We conducted psychological survey at International Pacific University Okayama, Japan, before after one month app (N = 125) group non-users 85). The app-using showed significant improvement depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms stress scores indicated by Depression, Anxiety Stress Scale − 21 Items (DASS-21), well insomnia, Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) resilience scores, while non-app-using (by Wilcoxon signed-rank test). This study suggests that me-fullness may have improved depression, stress, resilience. hope this will lead better life sports performance universities
