Background: Perfectionism in adolescents can have both adaptive and maladaptive forms, with implications for mental health school performance. This study aimed to investigate the relationships among perfectionism, factors, emotional regulation evaluate efficacy of psychoeducational interventions. In the current age of technological advancement, stress has emerged as a silent pandemic affecting individuals, especially young generations, globally. Abstract: Trichotillomania (TTM), a body-focused repetitive behavior disorder characterized by pathological hair pulling, remains under-researched. The Beliefs in Scale (BiTS) is self-report instrument assessing the cognitions of negative self-belief, low coping efficacy, and perfectionism. This study evaluated psychometric properties German version BiTS (BiTS-D). In cross-sectional study, BiTS-D was administered to 163 participants with TTM ( M = 32.3; SD 10.7; age range 18 – 79 years). evaluation included confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability analyses (Cronbach’s α, item properties), correlation related instruments. CFA replicated original three-factor structure. Reliability analyses, including inter-item Spearman correlations, supported construct, content, convergent validity BiTS-D. demonstrated strong validity, establishing it as robust for TTM-related German-speaking populations.

Abstract Background : Perfectionism is characterized by the pursuit of perfection, imposition unreasonably high standards for performance, and a constant state self-criticism one's actions. leading to depression, OCD, anxiety can affect quality sleep, less productivity involvement in daily activities. Method The utilized an analytical facility-based cross-sectional conducted March 2023 at Faculty Medicine, University Khartoum, Sudan. We used two validated questionnaires which are: Frost Multidimensional Scale (F-MPS Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Data was collected using online self-administered questionnaire via social media platforms. Analysis has been done SPSS version 21 descriptive statistics, univariate analysis, regression.
