Aging is a very complex process that accompanied by degenerative impairment in many of the major functions human body over time. This inevitable influenced hereditary factors, lifestyle, and environmental influences such as xenobiotic pollution, infectious agents, UV radiation, diet-borne toxins, so on. Many external internal signs symptoms are related with aging senescence, including skin dryness wrinkles, atherosclerosis, diabetes, neurodegenerative disorders, cancer, etc. Oxidative stress, consequence imbalance between pro- antioxidants, one main provoking factors causing aging-related damages concerns, due to generation highly reactive byproducts oxygen nitrogen species during metabolism, which result cellular damage apoptosis. Antioxidants can prevent these processes extend healthy longevity ability inhibit formation free radicals or interrupt their propagation, thereby lowering level oxidative stress. review focuses on supporting antioxidant system organism balancing diet through consumption necessary amount natural ingredients, vitamins, minerals, polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), essential amino acids, probiotics, plants’ fibers, nutritional supplements, polyphenols, some phytoextracts, drinking water.

In people with obesity, diabetes, and hypertension, lipid glucose metabolism oxidative stress generation interact. This condition, known as a “metabolic syndrome” (MetS), presents global challenge appears to be the underlying mechanism for development of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). review is designed based on evidence indicating pathogenic mechanisms MetS. detail, we will look at induction in MetS, effects elevated levels condition’s pathophysiology, matters related endothelial function. According different components MetS pathophysiological network, antioxidants dysfunction are reviewed. After considering strategic role pathophysiology its associated CVDs, management by antioxidant supplementation seems an appropriate therapeutic approach.

Abstract Background Sweet potato ( Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam.) is a member of the family Convolvulaceae. Much research has highlighted its variable biological actions in treatment many disorders. Our study focused on quantitative analysis two Egyptian sweet cultivars (Abees and A195). First, we applied proximate analysis, measured total phenolic, flavonoid contents, performing an HPLC standardization their ethanolic extracts using chlorogenic acid standard. Furthermore, were formulated as topical creams (3% w/w 5% w/w) evaluated for anti-skin aging activity d -galactose-induced skin mouse model. Results revealed that both have high nutritional importance. Abees exhibited higher phenolic contents than A195, while A195 contained concentration acid. Both showed concentration-dependent activity, with cream demonstrating lowest visual skin-aging score, highest catalase (CAT) superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA). Restoration thickness collagen content was observed group, caused noticeable decrease SMAD7 expression. Decreased been correlated to upregulating TGF-β/SMAD3-induced production aged skin. Conclusion This elaborates importance, roots recommend further preclinical clinical investigations potato.

Aging is a natural and inescapable phenomenon characterized by progressive deterioration of physiological functions, leading to increased vulnerability chronic diseases death. With economic medical development, the elderly population gradually increasing, which poses great burden society, economy field. Thus, healthy aging has now become common aspiration among people over world. Accumulating evidence indicates that substances can mediate deteriorated processes are highly likely have potential prolong lifespan improve aging-associated diseases. Foods from sources full bioactive compounds, such as polysaccharides, polyphenols, carotenoids, sterols, terpenoids vitamins. These compounds their derivatives been shown be able delay and/or diseases, thereby prolonging lifespan, via regulation various processes. Here, we summarize current understanding anti-aging activities vitamins food sources, modes action in delaying improving This will certainly provide reference for further research on effects sources.

Currently, telomere length is known to reflect the replication potential and longevity of cells, many studies have reported that associated with age-related diseases biological aging. Studies also shown vitamin C acts as an oxidant free radical scavenger protect cells from oxidative stress wear, thus achieving anti-aging effects. At present, there are few incomplete on relationship between length, so this study aims explore length. This used cross-sectional data National Health Nutrition Examination Surveys (NHANES) database 1999 2002, a total 7,094 participants were selected all races in United States. Male accounted for 48.2% female 51.8%. The correlation was assessed using multiple linear regression model, effect dietary obtained after adjusting confounding factors such age, gender, race, body mass index (BMI), poverty income ratio (PIR).This showed positively correlated greater intake longer telomeres (β = 0.03, 95% CI: 0.01-0.05, P 0.003).This shows human which guiding significance our clinical guidance people's health care, but need be confirmed by more in-depth comprehensive other research results.

Obesity is a worldwide trend that growing in incidence very fast. Adipose tissue dysfunction caused by obesity associated with the generation of oxidative stress. Obesity-induced stress and inflammation play key role pathogenesis vascular diseases. Vascular aging one main mechanisms. The aim this study to review effect antioxidants on obesity. In order achieve aim, paper designed obesity-caused adipose remodeling, generated high levels stress, effects obesity, redox balance, aging. It seems diseases obese individuals are complex networks pathological develop proper therapeutic tool, first, there need for better understanding interactions between Based these interactions, suggests different lines strategies include change lifestyle prevent control remodelling, oxidant-antioxidant suppression, against Some support strategies, making them appropriate conditions such as stress-induced individuals.

Human skin is remodeled as a result of aging. Retinoids (or retinol derivatives) can intervene in this process, which be optimally formulated and concentrated by providing maximum antiaging effects with minimal irritation. To determine the optimal ratio two derivatives hydroxypinacolone retinoate (HPR), propionate (RP), vitamin C (VitC) dermal remodeling preventing aging, to investigate their synergistic whitening vitro vivo. An model human fibroblast (HSF) was established evaluate cellular viability VitC and/or RP/HPR treatment. We quantified expression genes associated receptors HSFs treated RP/HPR. The research conducted on 120 volunteer women quantify efficacy functional skincare formulation. A combination at weight 40:3 achieved safe performance vitro. Transcription aging-associated release elastin senescence-associated secretory phenotypes (SASPs) increased significantly after UV irradiation, whereas cotreatment inhibit increase. stimulation showed higher recovery ability injury. Our results indicated advanced potent strategy postpone aging improve for middle-aged women. ClinicalTrials.gov identifier: 2020-LS-023.

The disruption of the skin barrier and immune function has been linked to several conditions, including atopic dermatitis (AD), psoriasis, acne. Both resident non-resident cells, along with skin’s system, play crucial roles in innate immunity. Recent research on microbiota enhanced our understanding interactions between these microorganisms cells. Vitamins, as essential micronutrients, have shown possess antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial properties. immunomodulatory effects vitamins may help prevent progression diseases, making it important explore their immunopharmacology, particularly relation conditions. Additionally, is necessary investigate molecular cellular markers influenced by derivatives. This review focuses key (A, B, C, D, E) taken nutritional supplements, examining findings potential implications for immunity, health, disease.
