The Whale Optimization Algorithm is commonly employed in tackling optimization challenges owing to its straightforward design. However, it has issues with sluggish convergence speed, low accuracy, and premature convergence. To address above challenges, the improved multiple strategies Algorithm(IMWOA) been introduced. diversity of initial population first enhanced this algorithm by combining Cubic-Sine-Cosine chaotic mapping random generation strategies. Secondly, a triple-optimal solution trapezoidal method traction strategy guide out-of-bounds individuals back within range, thereby improving utilization. Finally, variable bubble-net attack proposed assist break free from local optimum improve search efficiency. simulations incorporated CEC2017 test suite along engineering problems, demonstrating that faster higher greater robustness are achieved IMWOA.

This paper proposes a novel image encryption and decryption scheme, called Square Block Division-Fibonacci (SBD-Fibonacci), which dynamically partitions any input into optimally sized square blocks to enable efficient without resizing or distortion. The proposed scheme can adapt the dimensions ensure compatibility with images of varying high resolutions, while it serves as yardstick for symmetric-key algorithm. An optimization model, combined Lagrange Four-Square theorem, minimizes trivial block sizes, strengthening structure. Encryption keys are generated using direct sum generalized Fibonacci matrices, ensuring key matrix invertibility strong diffusion properties security levels. Experimental results on widely-used benchmark comparative analysis against State-of-the-Art algorithms demonstrate that SBD-Fibonacci achieves entropy, resistance differential statistical attacks, runtime performance—even large images.
