Mango anthracnose (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides), is a major postharvest disease that significantly impacts mango production and consumption globally. This study aimed to evaluate the combined effect of plant extracts hot water treatments on development preservation quality in mangoes. In vitro tests using food poisoning technique assessed efficacy acetone, ethyl acetate, hexane, methanol from nine different medicinal species against C. gloeosporioides. Among tested extracts, Ruta chalepensis demonstrated most pronounced effect, inhibiting mycelial growth by more than 85%. Extracts Allium sativum also reduced 80%. Furthermore, aqueous three effective identified were with (HWT) their impact managing anthracnose. The (p < 0.05) affected substantial reduction severity was observed involving R. A. at temperatures 55 °C 50 °C. These improved fruit marketability maintained quality. conclusion, application HWT °C, as well extract same temperatures, effectively intensity over 80% without affecting indicators such weight loss, TSS, pH, TA.
