This study employs a comprehensive approach using Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS), protein–protein interaction networks, gene co-expression and centrality analysis to explore genetic network interactions related glioma Alzheimer's disease. Through detailed of single-cell data, we found that expression patterns are closely cell types states. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dimensionality reduction techniques like UMAP t-SNE reveal population heterogeneity potential subgroups. research also involved building machine learning models classify assessing their performances, as well model can best each type..
