Abstract The control and industrial application of chaotic systems is a major obstacle limiting the diffusion chaos theory. In this study, we proposed new system, which possessed amplitude control, multi-waveform output, two-dimensional offset boosting functions. In addition, circuits in manganese metal electrolysis system can replace conventional direct current (DC). It has been shown that use time-varying electricity facilitates suppression electrochemical oscillations, inhibits growth spherical nodules. An examination efficiency for different oscillations (period 1, period 2, chaos-a chaos-b) various amplitudes established electrical signals are most suitable inhibiting Mn nodule area ratios be reduced by 38% with 5.83% increase efficiency, representing an energy consumption saving 0.58 kWh/kg. This interdisciplinary approach holds promise advancing study nonlinear dynamic behavior reaction processes addressing critical challenges fields, such as dissipation, quality improvement electrodeposited products, regulation by-product properties.

Trigonometric functions serving as boundary are excellent nonlinear elements in designing chaotic maps. However, research on the dynamical behaviors dependent internal frequency within these is not yet sufficient. Hence, this paper, a novel map proposed. Numerical simulations reveal unique its dominant and recessive frequencies, including control of map's Lyapunov exponents their impact overall system performance. This phenomenon has been reported before. The system's initial boosting behavior then captured, further revealing initial-boosted extreme multistability. implemented STM32 platform, demonstrating practical applicability for potential application scenarios.
