There is a complex dynamic interaction between the aero-engine bearing and rotor, resulting time-varying system parameters have an impact on nonlinear characteristics of rolling bearing-flexible rotor system. In this study, stiffness transient response flexible considered. The Newmark-β integral method used to solve equation, relationship load studied. vibration strength analyzed, influence damage size time domain signal energy disc analyzed. results show that model established in paper can accurately reflect rotor. With extension damage, attenuates, intensity excitation force increases, transmitted disc, which affects motion stability disc.

Taking the cantilever rotor of a turbine engine as research object, dynamic and finite-element model is established, effectiveness verified by test platform. The transfer function method used to balance system under unbalanced excitation, experiments prove that adopted in this paper has good balancing effect effectively reduces vibration rotor. On basis, experimental tests simulation analyses response different phases difference combinations are carried out, influence phase’s on unbalance analyzed. results show decreases with increase phase combinations, amplitude induced reverse combination smaller than in-phase combination. work can provide theoretical basis for control flexible an aero-engine.

Rotor unbalance stands as one of the primary causes vibration and noise in rotating equipment.
