Abstract Magnetically enhanced terahertz (THz) radiations are generated on account of the self-focusing laser beam in bunch anharmonic Vertically Aligned Metallic Carbon Nanotubes (VA-MCNTs) embedded non-conductive sapphire or silicon (SOS) substrate. The high-power Gaussian gets self-focused VA-MCNTs as initial power propagating is greater than its critical power. resulting interacts with and a result, electrons MCNTs experience nonlinear ponderomotive force to show oscillatory behavior resonant transverse velocity. It produces current which drives THz radiation generation. Enhanced generation noticed regions where becomes stronger.
