Plasmonic logic gates are important components in integrated photonics. They essential for high-speed Boolean computations and data transmission. For this purpose, an all-optical ultra-compact plasmonic gate is proposed paper. The design uses the metal–insulator–metal (MIM) configuration propagation of surface plasmon polaritons. structure comprises three rectangular input slots coupled to output slot through a resonator positioned on gold (Au) with footprint 1000nm×800nm. numerically investigated using finite element method analysis. It has been demonstrated that can operate as OR, XOR, NOT, AND gates, their transmission spectra different states analyzed. This novel solution, best our knowledge, excels high contrast ratio values 45.34 dB (OR), 18.29 (XOR), (NOT), 7.26 (AND). resonant wavelengths 821.21 nm 863.23 814.71 787.69 introduction Au device significantly enhances its properties, offering efficient light confinement, chemical stability, strong response. not only expands repertoire photonics but also promises breakthroughs processing communication technologies, positioning it crucial advancement field nanophotonics.
