Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensors have experienced rapid development in recent years and been widely applied various fields. Angular-interrogation SPR play an important role the field of biological detection due to their advantages reliable results high stability. However, angular-interrogation also suffer from low sensitivity, poor real-time performance, limited dynamic range, which seriously restricts application promotion. Therefore, we designed biosensor based on black phosphorus (BP)/graphene two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals heterojunction (vdWhs). On basis using angle-fixed method, this not only has good performance but sensitivity enhancement. The optical anisotropy characteristic BP is used widen range biosensors. simulation show that maximum proposed 258.6 deg/RIU. Compared with bare-Ag film structure biosensor, was enhanced by 209.2% 2D vdWhs. use anisotropic material can enhance range. When fixed incident angle

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a demanding need for fast, sensitive, and reliable diagnostic methods to identify viral infections like SARS-CoV-2. In response, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensors have emerged as effective tools detecting biomolecules. This theoretical study focuses on designing refining multilayer SPR biosensor configuration ensure high sensitivity stability. optimized consists of thin silver layer, silicon nitride single graphene ssDNA bioreceptor each tailored improve the effectiveness proposed biosensor. capability detect SARS-CoV-2 is assessed by analyzing its specifically examining variations in angle, attenuation, full width at half maximum, across range concentrations. Additionally, this evaluated performance metrics such refractive index sensitivity, detection accuracy, quality factor determine against Then, work establishes basis further development aimed various biomolecular targets, supporting advances biosensing technology creation address current future health challenges.
