Due to the cold climate and low soil nutrient content, high-altitude mining areas are challenging restore ecologically. Their poor content may be ameliorated by introducing specific microorganisms into soil. This study aims evaluate effects of a highly efficient phosphate solubilizing bacterium MWP-1, Pseudomonas poae , on plant growth, nutrients in remedying Muli area Qinghai Province, analyze its impact microbial communities through high-throughput sequencing communities. The results showed that MWP-1 significantly increased available phosphorus >50%, organic matter total nitrogen >10%, height, coverage, aboveground biomass vegetation >40% comparison with control ( p < 0.05). mainly affected composition bacterial at taxonomic level below phylum.
