Purpose:
This
study
explored
the
effects
of
bilateral
varicocele
on
male
semen
quality
in
infertile
men
and
molecular
mechanisms
involving
ferroptosis,
pyroptosis
necroptosis
signaling
pathways.
Methods:
Totally,
20
healthy
males
26
patients
with
receiving
infertility
treatment
were
enrolled.
Semen
samples
collected.
Basic
parameters,

integrity

integrity,
mitochondrial

Metabolic
syndrome
(MetS)
is
a
highly
prevalent
condition
among
adult
males,
affecting
up
to
41%
of
men
in
Europe.
It
characterized
by
the
association
obesity,
hypertension,
and
atherogenic
dyslipidemia,
which
lead
premature
morbidity
mortality
due
cardiovascular
disease
(CVD).
Male
infertility
another
common
accounts
for
about
50%
cases

worldwide.
Interestingly,
male
MetS
shares
several
risk
factors
(e.g.,
smoking,
ageing,
physical
inactivity,
excessive
alcohol
consumption),

reactive
oxygen

recent
years,
research
has
increasingly
focused
on

Mediterranean
diet
(MD),
in
modulating

to
its
anti-inflammatory,
antioxidant,
vasodilatory
properties.

narrative
review,
we
examined
relationship
between
MS

women,
with
special
emphasis

efficacy

dysfunction.

Abstract
Objectives
The
present
study
aimed
to
investigate
the
relationship
between
male
hormones
and
metabolic
dysfunction-associated
fatty
liver
disease
(MAFLD)
in
males.

INTRODUCTION.
