The article explores the use of ChatGPT in higher education through a comparative analysis among business students from universities Lima and Arequipa. With sample 768 students, it seeks to achieve two main objectives: compare students' perceptions usefulness limitations educational validate internal consistency factorial structure questionnaire used measure these perceptions. results study indicate that is positively valued for its ability improve productivity, save time facilitate understanding theoretical concepts.
