Nanotechnology, particularly the use of iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs), has gained significant attention in agricultural research due to its potential enhance plant growth, development, and stress tolerance. However, green synthesis IONPs using extracts remains underexplored, especially context applications. In this study, Moringa oleifera leaf extract is reported, with serving as both a reducing capping agent. The synthesized were characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM) energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), revealing spherical polygonal shapes an peak at 6.5-7.5 keV, consistent expected size composition. These incorporated into Murashige Skoog (MS) medium replace conventional source evaluate their effects on Stevia rebaudiana micropropagation. results demonstrate that lower concentrations (5.60 mg/L) significantly promoted early shoot root initiation (5.2 5.3 days, respectively), while higher (11.20 mg/L 22.40 delayed growth inhibited development. Notably, 22.4 enhanced (length: 3.20 cm, width: 1.90 cm), fresh weight (238.90 mg), dry (20.67 outperforming positive control (FeSO 4 ·7H 2 O). also increased total phenolic content (TPC) flavonoid (TFC) tissues, highest values (4.54 mg GAE/g 2.07 QAE/g) observed mg/L. antioxidant capacity, measured by DPPH scavenging activity, was enhanced, reaching 89.70%. Additionally, accumulation diterpene glycosides, including stevioside (4.30 mg/g DW) rebaudioside A (6.70 DW), concentrations. findings suggest IONPs, mg/L, are promising environmentally friendly alternative traditional sources, offering improved defenses, production valuable secondary metabolites S. .
