This study aimed to investigate the tissue-specific accumulation patterns of arsenic (As) and potential toxicological effects As on oviposition a globally distributed aquatic invertebrate, apple snail (Pomacea canaliculata). An eight-compartment physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model was utilized simulate distribution depuration kinetics arsenite arsenate in snails. Modeling biotransformation suggested that intestine-stomach main uptake site for plays an important role maintaining balance species. Liver kidney were sites, while shell storage site. Moreover, compared with arsenite, more prone accumulate organs (intestine-stomach, head-foot, kidney, gonad, shell, heart, hemolymph). Excretion through excrement is likely primary mechanism contributing low subsequent rapid decline concentrations observed various during period. Furthermore, our findings revealed stimulating effect P. canaliculata. Specifically, concentration 500 μg L
