China generates a significant amount of dredged sediment annually, much which is contaminated with heavy metals. This study investigates the adsorption Pb(II) from water and using different biochar materials, including BC HC. The results show that maximum by BC-350-2h HC-350-1:2-0.5h was 9.90 mg/g 9.95 mg/g, respectively, efficiencies 99.0% 99.5% for 50 mg/L solution at dosing concentration 5 g/L, under 10 min adsorption. effectively adsorbed sediment, no detectable in liquid fraction after 20 days.
