sp. PM06, previously isolated from sugarcane waste pressmud, could produce dual enzymes α-amylase and cellulase. The isolate's crude were purified homogeneously using ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by High Quaternary amine anion exchange chromatography. Purified revealed the molecular weights of cellulase as 55 52 kDa, with a purification fold 15.4 11.5, respectively. specific activity 740.7 555.6 U/mg, It demonstrated wide range pH 5.0 to 8.5, an optimum 5.5 6.4 for temperature was 50 °C 60 kinetic parameters 741.5 ± 3.75 µmol/min/mg

Halophilic bacteria are promising candidates for biofuel production because of their efficient cellulose degradation. Their cellulases exhibit high activity, even in the presence inhibitors and under extreme conditions, making them ideal biorefinery applications. In this study, we isolated a strain Halomonas elongata (Kadal6) from decomposed cotton cloth on Rameshwaram seashore. Morphological, biochemical, 16S rRNA analyses revealed that Kadal6 was 99.93% similar to cellulase-producing strain, H. MH25661. The tolerance cellulase assessed through molecular docking with model MH25661 generated by I-TASSER experimentally using response surface methodology (RSM) Kadal6. A study indicated inhibition constant ethanol, hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF), furfural. Cellulase (CellHe) showed maximum rate 44.27% at 55 °C, 15% 6.5 g/L furfural HMF. enzyme retained 50% its activity these inhibitors, remained unaffected 1 HMF, although occurred 3 g/L. demonstrated significant both vitro silico, indicating potential applications harsh environments.

Plant-derived esterase is a promising alternative enzyme source for pesticide residue analysis. The present study aimed to obtain purified red kidney bean (RKBE), investigate its biochemical properties and application potential in assay. RKBE was extracted by simple aqueous two-phase extraction combined with dextran gel filtration chromatography, specific activity of 11.845 U/mg purification fold 18.925.
