Spirochetes are especially invasive bacteria that responsible for several human diseases, including Lyme disease, periodontal syphilis, and leptospirosis. rely on an unusual form of motility based periplasmic flagella (PFs) to infect hosts evade the immune system. The flexible hook these PFs contains a post-translational modification in lysinoalanine (Lal) cross-link between adjacent subunits FlgE, which primarily comprise hook. Agrobacterium-mediated transformation is a widely used method for plant genetic modification. However, its efficiency in tea plants notably low, and the underlying molecular mechanisms remain unclear, hindering advancements breeding biology of plants. In this study, tobacco was utilized as model to investigate effects various concentrations epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) on Agrobacterium efficiency. The results demonstrated that at an EGCG concentration 0.4 mg/mL, nearly lost ability transform tobacco. Walnut is a significant economic tree species worldwide. anthracnose, caused by the pathogen Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, greatly reduces walnut production and benefits. Our study showed that Bacillus velezensis effectively halted growth of C. inducing noticeable abnormalities such as hyphal breakage distortion, thereby curtailing pathogen’s virulence. A 50–100 times dilution B. fermentation broth, applied every two to three days, served an efficient protective layer for leaves fruits against gloeosporioides infection. Transcriptomic analysis unveiled its dynamic response gloeosporioides. On second day, upregulated number differentially expressed genes related synthesis metabolic products, amino acid biosynthesis, motility. fourth continuous products acids, along with differential expression spore-related genes, was observed. By sixth focus shifted towards environmental adaptation carbon source utilization.
