ABSTRACT Based on the natural, social resource‐based view, stakeholder theory, and complementary principles of justice, this study aimed to reveal influence mechanism between top management circular commitment (TMCC) economy practices (CEPs) through perspective human resource (HRM) diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI). We have highlighted role interplay (CE‐HRM) DEI culture for implementation CEPs. collected questionnaire data surveys in Sichuan Chongqing, China, analyzed hypotheses conceptual model using structural equation modeling. found that: (1). TMCC can positively (2). indirectly CEPs CE‐HRM, which CE‐HRM acts as partial mediation. (3). Diversity culture, including labor law protection groups rainbow (LGBTQ+) group, shows significant moderating effects CE‐HRM. Purpose This study aims to identify the interfaces between Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technologies and circular supply chains (CSC) in Brazilian foodtechs, focusing on key stakeholders’ perspectives understand efficiency sustainability impacts of these integrations. Design/methodology/approach Using a qualitative exploratory research design, analyzes eight foodtechs through interviews content analysis. It identifies CSC practices examines adherence I4.0 within enterprises, assessing stakeholder engagement implications for optimization.
