The sediment resuspension process induced by the wind-wave in large shallow lakes, with suspended concentration(SSC) and phosphorus fluctuation, has not been fully understood. To gain insight into dynamic behaviors of Longgan Lake (LGL), a wind-exposed lake China, continuous water quality, depth, high-frequency synchronous situ observation wave, discrete SSC, phosphorous data were collected. results showed that SSC during period could be well simulated physically-based model. Meanwhile, total concentration( ) column can almost described percentage sediment( )and dissolved concentration column( ): . This study is meaningful to understanding cycling helpful management this kind lake.

As a highly eutrophic area, Shenzhen Bay in southern China has accumulated plant dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN) and phosphate (PO43--P), resulting various environmental problems. The nutrient loading was calculated to classify runoff patterns of the bay provide possible management solutions. However, previous studies have shown that external alone cannot explain source nutrition Bay. In this study, we sampled the original sediment columns from three points located in eastern, central, and western areas of Chaohu Lake, then investigated resuspension under hydraulic disturbances laboratory.
