Contractors are the main implementers to achieve green construction, and contractor’s construction capability (CGCC) is far-reaching for construction. Research on CGCC exists in a number of disciplines, with major contributions management, environment sustainable management research. Despite fact that widely utilised both research practice, its formation action mechanism remain obscure due multi-disciplinary nature CGCC. The prefabricated building has been widely promoted in recent years as it can effectively alleviate the conflict between economic growth and environmental resources. The carbon emissions of the construction industry pose a significant challenge to implementing China’s peaking and neutrality goals. This study considered how promote stable green building (GB) development.
