ObjectiveNiosomes have gained attention as a promising drug delivery system for enhancing the antimicrobial and anti-biofilm effects of natural compounds. Oregano essential oil has demonstrated potent properties against food-borne pathogens.MethodsIn this study, researchers aimed to explore use niosomes improve efficacy oregano pathogens. The structural morphological different niosome formulations were examined. Recently, nanoscience, especially metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), has been used to increase the effectiveness and properties of drugs. In this study, by using microwave irradiation; penicillin, which is a known antibiotic; copper (Cu-MOFs), new penicillinoate@copper framework (penicillinoate@Cu-MOF) was synthesized. The structure characterization newly synthesized compound were determined FT-IR spectrums, EDAX analysis, elemental XRD patterns, SEM images, nitrogen adsorption/desorption curves, TGA curve. Then, its antimicrobial effects evaluated on numerous Gram-positive Gram-negative bacterial strains compared with those penicillin gentamicin. continuation biological activities, antioxidant tests performed compounds DPPH method. For penicillinoate@Cu-MOF much more effective than Cu-MOF. loading nanostructure presence in final composition can be attributed high antibiotic composition.

Aquaculture is a growing industry, but current practices and raw material utilization must be reviewed to ensure resilient sustainable development. The biofloc technology (BFT) relatively new cultivation system that can adopted accomplish more aquaculture circularity goals. This document discusses BFT its association with (CE), challenges, role of in overcoming those challenges. manuscript adopts Cramer’s 10 R’s Muscat et al.’s five P’s frameworks understand whether functioning key compartments (i.e., feed, environment, water, system, microbials) align CE’s core principles. addition, present work provides relevant insights regarding further (industry academia) application CE approaches, especially biofloc‐based farming context.
