The
excess
use
of
pesticides
in
the
agricultural
sector
has
caused
environmental
pollution
and
affected
complete
ecosystem.
Among
various
commonly
used
pesticides,
chlorpyrifos
(CPF)
is
widely
against
multiple
agrarian
pests
due
to
its
effectiveness
higher
insecticidal
activities.
However,
along
with
beneficial
usage,
CPF
residual
effects
on
environment,
causing
negative
impacts
aquatic
organisms
human
health.
Consequently,
methods
for
eliminating
background
are
essential.
currently
available
approaches
remediation,
biological
using
microorganisms
eco-friendly
cost-effective.
Therefore,
this
study
was
conducted
isolate
characterize
chlorpyrifos-degrading
bacteria
from
tea-growing
soil
Vietnam.
For
this,
samples
were
collected
20
areas
From
samples,
three
bacterial
strains
viz.,
Methylobacterium
populi
CNN2,
Ensifer
adhaerens
VNN3,
Acinetobacter
pittii
CNN4
have
been
isolated
by
streak
plate
method
identified
based
16S
rRNA
gene
analysis.

showed
that
under
laboratory
conditions,
E.
VNN3
had
highest
degradation
ability
followed
strain
M.
CNN2.
In
liquid
medium,
concentration

mg/L)
reduced
95.2%

respectively,

Chlorpyrifos
(CPF)
is
a
widely
used
organophosphate
insecticide,
though
its
excessive
use
causes
environmental
contamination,
raising
concerns
about
adverse
effects
on
human
health.
In
this
regard,
Urtica
dioica
stands
out
as
promising
candidate
for
counteracting
chemical
'contaminant'
toxicity
thanks
to
therapeutic
properties.
Therefore,
our
study
aimed
investigate
the
potential
of
an
ethanolic
extract
(UDE)
mitigate
chlorpyrifos-induced
toxicity.
Eight
compounds
in
have
been
identified,
most
which
present
significant
antioxidant,
anti-inflammatory,
and
neuroprotective
agents.
exposure
altered
hatching
rates,
increased
incidence
teratogenic
effects,
upregulated
expression
brain-derived
neurotrophic
factor
(Bdnf)
zebrafish
larvae
telencephalon.
On
other
hand,
UDE
demonstrated
preventive
effect
against
CPF-induced

deformity
rate.

protective
effect,

Our
findings
suggest
that

varying

specific

compounds,
matrices.
