Purpose:
The
objective
of
this
study
is
propose
a
conceptual
framework
on
the
relationship
between
strategic
elements
services
marketing
and
industrial
elements.
Methodology/Approach:
A
multi-case
was
conducted
four
multinational
manufacturer
companies
machinery
equipment,
leaders
in
segment
which
they
operate,

Challenging
