Abstract Marine container terminals play a significant role for international trade networks and global market. To cope with the rapid steady growth of seaborne market, marine terminal operators must address operational challenges appropriate analytical methods to meet needs The berth allocation scheduling problem is one important decisions faced by during operations planning. optimization schedule strongly associated spatial temporal resources. This study presents an intelligent Decision Support System (DSS) aimed at bridging the theoretical-practical gap in groundwater management. The ongoing demand for sophisticated systems capable of interpreting extensive data to inform sustainable decision-making underscores critical nature this research. To meet challenge, telemetry from six randomly selected wells were used establish a comprehensive database pumping parameters, including flow rate, pressure, and current intensity. Statistical analysis these parameters led determination threshold values factors such as water pressure electrical current. Additionally, soft sensor was developed using Random Forest (RF) machine learning algorithm, enabling real-time forecasting key variables. achieved by continuously comparing live pump design specifications results regular field testing. proposed model ensures robust empirical monitoring well health. Furthermore, expert operational knowledge management professionals, gathered through Classical Delphi (CD) technique, seamlessly integrated. collective expertise culminated data-driven framework facilities monitoring. In conclusion, innovative DSS not only addresses theory-application but also leverages power analytics provide high-precision online insights, thereby optimizing practices.

To evaluate the performance of logistics safety standard system, we propose an evaluation framework based on theory. First, construct indicator system for enterprises. It is existing and combined with construction goal system. Second, combine triangular fuzzy number prospect theory to determine state according characteristics indicators.
