This study presents an intelligent Decision Support System (DSS) aimed at bridging the theoretical-practical gap in groundwater management. The ongoing demand for sophisticated systems capable of interpreting extensive data to inform sustainable decision-making underscores critical nature this research. To meet challenge, telemetry from six randomly selected wells were used establish a comprehensive database pumping parameters, including flow rate, pressure, and current intensity. Statistical analysis these parameters led determination threshold values factors such as water pressure electrical current. Additionally, soft sensor was developed using Random Forest (RF) machine learning algorithm, enabling real-time forecasting key variables. achieved by continuously comparing live pump design specifications results regular field testing. proposed model ensures robust empirical monitoring well health. Furthermore, expert operational knowledge management professionals, gathered through Classical Delphi (CD) technique, seamlessly integrated. collective expertise culminated data-driven framework facilities monitoring. This study uses CiteSpace conduct a bibliometric analysis of 746 (TSLC) research articles published since PA. reveals that China, United States, Kingdom are leading contributors, with Tsinghua University being most prolific institution. Sustainability, Journal Cleaner Production, Transportation Research Part D influential in terms publication volume. reviews recent studies TSLC from perspective renewable energy technology applications, evolution intelligent transport systems, policy support, public participation.
