Abstract The rapid development of the construction industry has led to a wider application artificial intelligence technology, and this technology comprehensive management intelligent buildings can promote sites improve level quality management. In paper, on basis elaborating building design, framework platform is built by combining 5D-BIM engineering cost modeling carried out based whole process control cost. prediction model established BP neural network, genetic algorithm introduced optimize initial threshold so as obtain more accurate results. To verify effectiveness integrated application, data analysis across three dimensions: control, prediction, application. makes peak value cost-effectiveness reach 4.25*10 8 yuan, average project reduction reaches 78.68%, relative error results minimizes only 1.77%. processing information was shortened improved 9.15% 8.06%, respectively, backlog rate materials could be reached 24.76%. that utilizes promotes effectively reduces costs.

Water resources security is crucial to the survival and development of human society. A water assessment dynamic early warning system was constructed.
