Abstract The development of methodologies for the determination plasticizers is essential assessing environmental and human impact resulting from use plastics. A fast analytical method with on-line purification based on turbulent flow chromatography (TFC) coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (MS–MS) has been developed analysis ten phthalates, four alternative (including adipates citrates), 20 organophosphate esters (OPEs). validated across different matrices. Organophosphate esters (OPEs) are a class of anthropogenic chemicals that have long been used as plasticizers and flame retardants. Dietary intake is an important OPE exposure pathway for humans.
