Abstract The development of methodologies for the determination plasticizers is essential assessing environmental and human impact resulting from use plastics. A fast analytical method with on-line purification based on turbulent flow chromatography (TFC) coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (MS–MS) has been developed analysis ten phthalates, four alternative (including adipates citrates), 20 organophosphate esters (OPEs). validated across different matrices. Analytical parameters showed acceptable recoveries ranging between 50 125%, RSDs lower than 20%, mLODs 0.001–2.08 ng g −1 wet weight (ww), 0.002–0.30 , 0.001–0.93 m −3 foodstuffs, face masks, ambient air, respectively.
