Rye flour is a commonly used filler in plywood production, made from finely ground rye grains. It enhances glue viscosity, ensuring even distribution and better adhesion, which improves the plywood’s mechanical properties, dimensional stability, resistance to warping. Additionally, increases strength durability, making it more resistant damage external factors. Its affordability availability further support its widespread use production. However, growing of new raw materials has sparked interest alternative fillers, especially considering food waste challenges caused by low demand or poor household management. This study explores potential spirulina, bamboo flour, lupine coconut as fillers being part chain, three-layer Plywood panels were manufactured using birch pine veneers, urea-formaldehyde resin, varying contents (10, 15, 20 parts weight/pbw). Key properties evaluated, including modulus elasticity (MOE), rupture (MOR), shear strength, density profile, water absorption. The highest MOE for hardwood was observed with (20 pbw, 17,228 N mm−2). Conversely, lowest values recorded coniferous spirulina (8440 For MOR, best performance softwood achieved (10 113 mm−2), while yielded MOR 177 Spirulina exhibited (72 mm−2, 15 pbw). Shear peaked flour. composition determines adhesive bond through absorption, structural interactions, content optimization. These findings emphasize fine-tuning achieve desired performance, sustainable efficient also demonstrate certain particularly flours, excluded value improving specific plywood.
