Abstract Self-esteem and entrepreneurial orientation are crucial factors that influence behavior performance at both the individual organizational levels. This study investigates relationship between self-esteem orientation, focusing on how may affect attitudes toward entrepreneurship, willingness to take risks, and, ultimately, success.
