Purpose
This
paper
aims
to
analyse
the
influence
of
contextual
factors,
such
as
educational,
relational
and
structural
support,
on
psychological
dimensions
entrepreneurship
–
self-confidence
risk-taking
propensity
,
their
impact
Entrepreneurial
Intention
(EI).
Further,
a
gender
comparison
is
conducted
an
international
sample

Abstract
Self-esteem
and
entrepreneurial
orientation
are
crucial
factors
that
influence
behavior
performance
at
both
the
individual
organizational
levels.
This
study
investigates
relationship
between
self-esteem
orientation,
focusing
on
how
may
affect
attitudes
toward
entrepreneurship,
willingness
to
take
risks,
and,
ultimately,
success.
While
previous
research
has
acknowledged
importance
of
psychological

intention

a

by
