Purpose This study aims to comprehensively examine sustainable mutual funds (SMFs) research by conducting a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis of articles spanning 33 years from 1991 2023. seeks uncover the principal contributors structural framework knowledge within realm business, finance management concerning SMFs. Abstract The development of the circular economy (CE) has become a strategic priority for EU to achieve UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. While number CE-based start-ups is burgeoning, established companies seem be slower adopt CE. Incorporating CE principles requires firms transform their business processes and activities from linear approach, which often introduction significant complementary technological non-technological innovations, as well investments that may hamper firm’s overall performance. Accordingly, we analyze role entrepreneurial orientation (EO) in promoting human resource management (CHRM), product innovation manufacturing. Purpose This study aims to systematically explore the intersection between informal entrepreneurship (IE) and entrepreneurial ecosystems (EE), with a particular focus on how structural elements, institutional contexts network dynamics shape emergence, functioning formalization of enterprises. Despite growing interest in both IE EE, their interrelationship remains under-researched, especially terms entrepreneurs navigate within across formal systems. Design/methodology/approach The systematic literature review synthesizes insights from 61 peer-reviewed journals (Scopus Web Science) published 2009 2023. Findings reveals that is deeply embedded influenced by elements EEs – particularly policy frameworks, social norms cultural practices. Institutional voids, regulatory burdens lack access financial systems are common drivers informality. However, actively engage networks resources, markets legitimacy. A body points existence an “informal sub-ecosystem” its own actors, logic action. transition toward formality shaped multiple factors, including improved governance, targeted support mechanisms ecosystem-level coordination among stakeholders.
