Nematode-trapping (NT) fungi are natural predators of the soil living nematodes. Diverse external signals mediate generation predatory devices NT fungi. Among these, broad ascarosides and nitrogenous ammonia highly efficient inducers for trap structure initiation. However, overlay effect ascaroside on morphogenesis remains unclear. This study demonstrated that combination substances with nematode-derived led to higher production compared single inducing cues; notably, Ascr#18 had most synergistic in A. oligospora. Further, deletion transceptor Amt43 blocked formation against addition oligospora but not induction. Moreover, could promote plasma endocytosis process formation. In contrast, would facilitate stability intracellular organization away from endocytosis. Therefore, there is a induction different signals.
