ABSTRACT
Purpose
The
practice
of
mindfulness
is
becoming
more
widespread
among
employees,
with
potential
benefits
for
workplace
outcomes.
However,
there
a
paucity
research
on
the
mechanisms
linking
to
job
performance.

This
study
investigated
mediating

emotional
intelligence
and
psychological
capital
in
relationship

Abstract
Background
New
nurses
are
prone
to
workplace
deviant
behavior
in
the
constrained
hospital
environment,
which
will
not
only
directly
affect
safety
of
patients,

also
reduce
work
efficiency
and
bring
negative
results

was
investigate
relationship
between
perceived
organizational
justice,
emotional
labor,
psychological
capital,

nurses.
