The organization of sports events, while generating economic benefits, inevitably imposes significant environmental pressures. Conducting green and low-carbon events have become a global consensus. In addressing the carbon emissions benefit coordination issues on production end infrastructure construction for large-scale we considers role digital platforms in industry’s transformation upgrade, innovatively incorporates as decision-making entities investigates equilibrium strategies cooperation under three different power structures: one led by materials supplier, distributor, integrated service platform. Additionally, it designs related cost-sharing contracts. findings suggest that: centralized is more conducive to aligning interests various within platform supply chain.
