To develop a structured reporting (SR) template for whole-body CT examinations of polytrauma patients, based on the consensus panel emergency radiology experts from Italian Society Medical and Interventional Radiology.A multi-round Delphi method was used to quantify inter-panelist agreement all SR sections. breast cancer (BC) is the world's most prevalent in female population, with 2.3 million new cases diagnosed worldwide 2020. The great efforts made to set screening campaigns, early detection programs, and increasingly targeted treatments led significant improvement patients' survival. Full-Field Digital Mammograph (FFDM) considered gold standard method for diagnosis of BC. From several previous studies, it has emerged that density (BD) a risk factor development BC, affecting periodicity plans present today at an international level.in this study, focus mammographic image processing techniques allow extraction indicators derived from textural patterns mammary parenchyma indicative BD factors.a total 168 patients were enrolled internal training test while 51 compose external validation cohort. Abstract This study aimed to develop an optimal radiomics model for preoperatively predicting microsatellite instability (MSI) in patients with rectal cancer (RC) based on multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging. The retrospective included 308 RC who did not receive preoperative antitumor therapy, among whom 51 had MSI. Radiomics features were extracted and dimensionally reduced from T2-weighted imaging (T2WI), T1-weighted (T1WI), diffusion-weighted (DWI), contrast enhanced (T1CE) images each patient, the of sequence combined. Multifactor logistic regression was used screen feature set combination. Different machine learning methods applied construct predictive MSI status models. Relative standard deviation values determined evaluate performance select model. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, calibration decision curve analyses performed performance. constructed using k-nearest neighbor (KNN) method combined T2WI T1CE best. area under prediction this 0.849 (0.804–0.887), a sensitivity 0.784 specificity 0.805. Delong test showed no significant difference diagnostic efficacy between KNN-derived traditional T1WI + DWI data ( P > 0.05) efficiency slightly better than that From ROC analysis, significantly distinguished at low- high-risk threshold 0.2, supporting clinical applicability KNN can be noninvasively predict before surgery images. Thus, may provide convenient practical tool formulating treatment strategies optimizing individual decision-making RC.
