may
not
be
able
to
stop
floods
given
the
impending
climate
change
variability
of
weather.
Yet
mapping
flood
risk
can
help
with
both
mitigation
prevention
flooding.
Shah
Alam
experiences

interactive
approach
decision-making
under
multi-criteria
decision
analysis
