In the machining domain, most undesired effect is 'friction', which leads to excessive heat generation and results in wear of cutting tool. Also, friction has a significant negative impact on mechanical properties machined components. To address these consequences, novel category Cutting Fluids (CFs) been invented. These CFs include nanoparticles (NPs) conventional CFs, resulting emergence new variant called Nano (NCFs). Conventional are categorized as either mineral oil based or taking sustainability into account it may be also vegetable based. NCFs involve incorporation NPs this innovation gained recognition seen revolutionary solution field machining. The implementation prominent operations such turning, drilling, milling, grinding resulted improved surface quality parts increased lifespan tools. This achieved by reducing forces, enhancing transfer, minimizing at zone. Using Minimum Quantity Lubrication enhances process, promotes environmental friendliness, ensures sustainability, effefctively tackles concerns associated with CFs. review provides thorough analysis recent research papers use processes. It discusses limitations explores potential opportunities for sustainable enhanced future.
