This paper presents a novel framework designed to enhance the certification of real estate ownership and transactions through integration Ethereum blockchain technology, Near Field Communication (NFC), smart contracts. The proposed architecture establishes secure, transparent, efficient digital certificate management system by leveraging immutable records, decentralized document storage via InterPlanetary File System (IPFS), NFC tags for effective physical-to-digital integration. implementation employs encryption keys, Quick Response (QR) codes, ensure data integrity accessibility. A user-centric design has been developed accommodate various stakeholders, including property owners, buyers, notaries, land registry officials. solution significantly improves upon traditional transaction methods facilitating end-to-end transactions, enhancing transparency traceability, substantially reducing risk fraud.
