Beneficial effects observed variables body mass waist circumference, MeDiet, PAL, V˙ O2max, HOMA-IR LDL, testosterone) 3-month. significant effect O2max persisted up follow-up. Decreases in index triglycerides 12-month, however did not persist afterward. This provides evidence positive association between health survivors.
