Abstract The integration of selectivity and electron transfer ability remains a primary challenge in developing electrode materials for uranium electroextraction. Herein, phenanthroline‐based supramolecular organic framework (MPSOF) is elaborately constructed as pioneering cathode material through the hydrogen bond‐driven self‐assembly melamine 1,10‐phenanthroline 2,9‐dicarboxylic acid (PDA) selective continuous electrochemical extraction (EUE). PDA moieties selectively capture UO 2 2+ , while bond‐supporting frameworks provide an efficient channel redox . These structural features enable rapid formation spontaneous shedding precipitate from MPSOF, allowing regeneration adsorption sites. As result, MPSOF‐mediated EUE exhibits high capacity 7311 mg U g −1 at low voltage −3.5 V but does not reach equilibrium. Cyclic employed to simulated high‐salt radioactive effluents attains uranium. electroextraction mechanism confirmed, wherein species transform into (UO )O ·4H O. This work only provides electroextraction, also presents novel strategy separation other radionuclides contaminant ions.
