analysing

A-share
listed

findings
indicate

may
adversely
affect

costs

as
mediating

innovation,

Purpose
This
paper
aims
to
explore
the
innovation
in
small
and
micro
family
firms,
comparison
that
of
nonfamily
organizational
characteristics
could
enhance
these
firms.
Design/methodology/approach
We
collected
survey
data
from
215
business
owner-managers

States
tested
our
hypotheses
using
ordinary
least
squares
regressions.
