Abstract Background The integration of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) into emergency health systems in China serves as a model for global policy development and refining the inclusion emergencies. Methods This study investigated 13 public policies related to TCM released by central government from 2003–2023. A PMC(Policy Modeling Consistency) index was developed combining ROSTCM text mining analysis software. contents these documents were quantitatively assessed using 10 first- 40 s-level indicators. Purpose This study aims to systematically review the literature on digital consumers’ decision-making in banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector proposes an integrative framework. Design/methodology/approach By combining databases such as Web of Science Elton B. This study aims to identify the impact of strategic leadership (SL) in enhancing performance (SP) using balanced scorecard (BSC) approach Jordanian higher education institutions. This study uses bibliometric techniques and social network analysis to evaluate 318 publications on air quality management in cities worldwide. The relevant data were retrieved from the Scopus database analyzed using VOSviewer 1.6.7 tools. included number of publications, citation analyses, research area most common keywords 1975 November 6, 2022. In addition, based results cluster analysis, we developed co-occurrence networks that enable a more specific keyword classification. visualization showed existing relationships between key terms, areas, dealing with cities. China, United States, Kingdom led terms scientific overall strength connections during period. productive journal was Science Total Environment, followed by Atmospheric International Journal Environmental Research Public Health. The balanced scorecard serves as a valuable tool for assessing performance, particularly in the domain of information systems. This research aimed to use balance scorecard, which consists four dimensions: financial, internal process, users’ satisfaction, and learning growth evaluating resource planning By using questionnaire, data was collected from 382 respondents. results analysis showed that all dimensions have moderate averages; performance systems by applying equations is its dimensions, with an average value 64%, less than targeted according respondents’ opinions. recommends increasing opportunities training improve satisfaction
